With international experience in Executive Search and Talent Management, Anne created Peak Lifecycles HR in 2013 and leads the firm’s client initiatives, including institutionalizing best practices.

She assists companies in Talent Acquisition & Development of senior executive across a diverse range of business positions, both for Corporate and Affiliate organizations. She has also focused her experience in working closely with both “early stage” and “mature”, small, fast-growing businesses recruiting senior management teams across the US & Europe. Anne is also responsible for developing relationships with the Global Life Sciences community on both continents

Anne has 16 years of Pharmaceutical industry experience, and 10 years of executive search and talent management experience.  Prior to founding Peak-Lifecycles HR, she worked for a leading firm in executive search where she managed the Life Sciences team.

Anne is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (Master’s degree in Neurosciences), ESCP Europe – IAE (MBA) and ESSEC (MS management program)

Emmanuel joined Peak Lifecycles HR in May 2013 in charge of Executive Search relating to General Management, Business Development & Licensing, Regulatory Affairs and Private Equity.

He is also a systemic coach (Systemic approach Meta-system®), providing support for Board members and Team Effectiveness.

Emmanuel started his career as an Auditor at PWC, and joined the Pharmaceutical Industry in 1997, building an extensive international experience in Finance and Business Development & Licensing working with Aventis Pharma, Fournier Pharma and Solvay Pharmaceuticals in Europe and Asia.

Emmanuel has lived and worked in Tokyo, Seoul and Shanghai.

He graduated from Sciences Po Paris and holds a dual MBA degree from the University of Toronto and St Gallen Universität.

Clotilde joined Peak Lifecycles HR in January 2017 in charge of Talent Management, and international projects in Executive Search, with a focus on Scientific and Medical 

Clotilde is also a certified coach (RNCP, LEA® Leadership Effectiveness Analysis, Disc®, Lego®, and SeriousPlay certifications), providing Team Effectiveness and support for Board members with a special focus on intergenerational dimensions

Clotilde has both corporate and affiliate experience with a 17-year track record in the Pharmaceutical Industry (Schering & Bayer), in charge of geographic areas such as Canada and Europe. She has great experience in launching products and cross-functional projects. She managed a wide range of positions in the fields of Global Medical Affairs Scientist and Deputy Director Global MSL Excellence.

Clotilde holds a Master 2 in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology ( the equivalent in France of a master’s degree)

Delphine joined Peak-Lifecycles HR in 2017, contributing extensively to Recruitment and Talent Management, and focusing on transformation projects.

Delphine has 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (Sanofi), both in prescription markets and in Consumer and has carried out different positions in Operations (Marketing), Institutions (Public Affairs) and Human Resources.

In parallel, Delphine co-founded Continuum+ in 2017, a start-up that develops innovative digital and human solutions that contribute to transform the health organization system and  improve the journey of patients treated at home  for chronic diseases

Delphine graduated with a Master’s degree from the ISG Business School, in Marketing from the ESCP and in Human Resources from HEC.

Sandra has a solid international experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked for pharmaceutical companies in France (MSD, Servier) and Germany (Beiersdorf) in Marketing, Sales and Business Development.

She joined Peak Lifecycles in 2014 to expand international recruitment.

Sandra graduated as a pharmacist in Germany (University of Muenster) and completed her education with a Master degree in Pharmaceutical Management (ESCP-EAP) in Paris.

Cecile  joined Peak Lifecycles HR in January 2020  in charge of the Leadership Consulting Practice. 

Cecile has been Vice President of Human Resources at Ipsen for over five years, in charge of Recruitment, internal mobility, executives and Talent management, development and training.

Based on 22 years of experience in human resources development and the pharmaceutical area, she began her career on the ground with Allergan then evolved towards directing human resources for MSD (Schering plough) in France as a field coach trainer. Ipsen provided her with the most significant career moves with a steady aim at leadership talent and competence developing and organization transformation support. 

Her motivation : Build up everybody’s potential today for tomorrow. 


Expert in both self and group development, Cecile graduated with a Master’s degree from the Paris School of Business (PSB) and Master’s degree of Chemistry University Pierre & Marie Curie.  She holds a lot of certifications in people development

David joined Peak Lifecycles HR in May 2019 in charge of the US market (Executive Search)

His double Franco-American nationality allows him to respond to and resolve the issues linked to intercultural recruitments

David is a US entrepreneur based in New York. He started his career as a specialist sales associate in the pharmaceutical industry in 1999 and quickly became hospital regional manager in France before leaving for New York and creating his own Visual Communication agency with a strong affinity for the health sciences.

David worked for Pfizer and AstraZeneca for five years in France prior to co-founding Loop Seven, a boutique visual communication agency with blue-chips clients in Healthcare .


David is also involved with Streets International, a charity that provides culinary training for streetkids, orphans and disadvantaged youth across Southeast Asia
